Panoramic X-Rays
Panoramic X-rays allow dentists to generate a single image of your whole mouth. This image is a two-dimensional representation of your teeth, upper and lower jaws, temporomandibular joints (TMJ), and nasal and sinus structures. Panoramic X-rays are often used to help plan treatments for many procedures such as dentures, braces, extractions, and implants.
Intraoral Scanners
Intraoral scanners create digital dental impressions, an ideal alternative to standard dental impressions which can be messy and time-consuming. Your dentist will use an optical scanning tool to take a digital image of your teeth in just a few minutes. This device allows your dentist to capture highly accurate data to create a digital model of the hard and soft tissues of your mouth.
Digital X-Rays
Digital X-rays use digital sensors instead of traditional photographic X-ray film. They produce precise computer models of the teeth and gums, along with other oral structures and conditions, allowing your dentist to examine parts of the mouth that are not visible to the naked eye. These X-ray images can be viewed instantly on any computer screen, enabling accurate diagnosis.
